Features and Usage:
With good welding process peformance, stable arc, little splash, quick melting of welding rod, strong iron rust resistance, small porosity sensitivity and all-position welding.
Applied to welding of low carbon and low alloy steel such as welding for container, vessel, vehicle, pipeline, bridge, engineering machinery, steel structure and pressure vessel.
Cautions for operation:
Remove impurities like iron rust, grease and water before welding.
Wind preventative measures should be taken when wind speed over strong. Shield gas adopting CO2 or 80%Ar +20% CO2 mixed gas. |
